New brothread's Prewound Bobbin Thread is available in various types and sizes. The main difference between Size A and Size L bobbins is the height. Size A bobbins are 11.4mm/0.448" tall, while Size L bobbins are 8.9mm/0.315" tall. Both have the same diameter, but Size A is slightly taller. Size A is used by most sewing machines, including Brother Innovis, 400D, Babylock Ellegante, and Janome. Size L is the most common embroidery bobbin for commercial and home-based embroidery machines, such as Brother PR-600, Tajima, Melco, Barudan, SWF, Ricoma, and Toyota.
New brothread offers a wide range of Prewound Bobbin Thread, including Size A 70D/2 (60WT) and 60S/2 (90WT) in White, Black, and Assorted Colors, as well as Size L 70D/2 (60WT) and 60S/2 (90WT) in White and Black. We also provide 144-piece Value Packs and 5000M Bobbin Thread with Blank Bobbins to cater to various needs.
Our Plastic Sided prewound bobbin threads have clear plastic sides that will not distort or absorb machine oils. They are compatible with most commercial and home embroidery and sewing machines, such as Brother, Babylock, Janome, Kenmore, Juki, Elna, Quantum Futura, and Singer.
